Refund policy
General Terms
- All projectors are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty. Returns are permitted within 14 days from the delivery date for standard products, with exceptions noted below.
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for any depreciation in value.
- Refunds are issued strictly within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Mandatory Return Process
- Customers are required to provide written notification for all returns. Returns must be executed promptly using a tracked and insured shipping carrier at the customer’s expense.
- Returns of made-to-order products and opened/unsealed goods are generally not accepted, except under conditions of defects.
Special Conditions
- Projector returns must be notified within 14 days. Returns may incur delivery costs, determined at the company’s discretion.
- Custom products are non-returnable if the fault is due to customer error. Faulty custom products must be reported within 30 days for a valid return. The company will assess defects within this timeframe. Delays in returns or product misuse may void the possibility of a refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to adhere to this strict return policy. Failure to use a tracked and insured shipping method for returns will result in the denial of a refund. The company disclaims responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
