On the proof that I have received the black elements of my logo have been turned to white - why?

We always recommend that images are projected ‘out of black’. We don’t recommend projecting an image with a clear background as the surrounding pool of projected light tends to detract from the image, also clear areas will show up dust and dirt within the lantern. If you have a specific circumstance which requires a clear background, please contact us and we will be happy to do that for you.
